How to make order

For to make the order, you should go to the section "Coffee Shop Online" and choose the desired product. This is can be done by clicking on the button "Buy", located next to each product in our online store. Clicking "Buy" does not oblige you to anything. You can always remove the product from the basket, to set aside or do not make the order at all.

After you click "Buy", this product will be added to your basket, and you can continue choosing the products or go to the basket for further processing the order.

In the process of ordering, we will ask you to fill the appropriate fields with the necessary information to deliver your order. After receiving your order, you will be contacted by one of our managers to confirm the time and terms of delivery, as well as the total price for order.

- Wire Transfer

Payment information we will send you via e-mail after you make your order online.

Price

Total price of your order will be calculated from the price of your ordered products and shipping charges.

Delivery options and its prices

We deliver orders worldwide. Sending of orders goes from our warehouses in Dominica. Price of delivery calculated depending on the size of an order and a possible delivery option.

1. Courier delivery for individual orders. Delivery time ranges from three days to week, depending on the order destination.

2. Transcontinental transport service for large wholesale orders. Delivery time ranges from one to three weeks, depending on the order destination.

Specify the date, methods and, if necessary, the route of delivery, you can do with our manager, who will contact you to confirm your order.

Personal information

Personal information that you share with us in the process of placing order, will be saved in our database and not used in any other way than to communicate with you: send you orders, news (if you are singed on it) and various small promotional materials (booklets, postcards), the size and weight of which will not affect on the cost of delivery. We do not share your personal information to third parties.
